Delicious food for the whole family&#8230;it&#8217;s a &#8220;Cook&#8217;s Night Out!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Then at 6:00 pm, we&#8217;ll light the Parish Christmas Tree and kick the holiday season off in earnest!<\/p>\n<h5>Here are some of the festive attractions we&#8217;ll have on hand<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Christmas caroling<\/li>\n<li>Cookie decorating<\/li>\n<li>Photos with Santa<\/li>\n<li>Tree lighting at 6:00 pm<\/li>\n<li>More activities to come&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Delicious food! Cook&#8217;s night out!<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Chili and Churros<\/li>\n<li>Bake sale<\/li>\n<li>Beer and Wine<\/li>\n<li>Hot chocolate and Signature Baileys hot coco for the adults<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>We need volunteers!<\/h3>\n<p>If you&#8217;re able, we could use your help to run this event.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.signupgenius.com\/go\/10C0F4AA9A629A0F5CF8-60394291-madeleine\">Click here for our volunteer signup<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>The Madeleine Marketplace Vendor Information<\/h1>\n<h3>Vendor FAQ (full information on our vendor registration page):<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Booth setup for regular vendors begins at 12:00 pm on Friday, December 11, 2026.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event ends at 8 pm.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This a family friendly event. Children are encouraged to participate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Table positions will be assigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>We have 8 foot rectangular tables &amp; 60&#8243; round tables available<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Please be sure to specify your preference when you register for the event.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Bring your own table:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> For an additional charge, you can bring your own custom table up to a maximum of 10&#8242; x 8&#8242;. Be sure to choose the <\/span><b>Vendor\u2014Bring Your Own Table<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> signup item<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Payments<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Vendors act as their own bank and take payments at their own risk. We highly recommend that vendors offer an electronic payment option if at all possible. Credit card reader options such as Square are popular, as are direct payment options such as Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and others. We do not offer assistance, advice or support in setting up or operating your payment options.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Food and drink<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will be available for purchase. Santa, caroling and tree lighting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>The Marketplace organizers retain the right to refuse vendors<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> if the products are not appropriate. (Please no cannabis products or any images or objects that are not child friendly.) If it is determined that your products are not appropriate for this event your table fee will be refunded.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Regular Vendor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Fee is $70. Registration deadline is November 27<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Youth\/Child Vendor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: We are pleased to offer Madeleine School and Parish youth\/children an opportunity to sell their own student-made crafts\/wares. THIS IS NOT FOR THEIR PARENTS. Tables are $25, and we will verify that each Youth\/Child vendor is indeed a youth\/child. We have a maximum of 25 Youth\/Child spots. Each will receive 1\/2 of an 8&#8242; rectangular table, and electricity is not guaranteed.
