    • New appointments are made available on Mondays and Thursdays at 9am.
    • Phone may take a waiting list
    • Might be able to book by phone when website crashes

NOTES:

    • You do not need to sign up for a Legacy Health account in order to make an appointment, but can make a vaccine appointment as a guest. But signing up makes managing your second dose appointment easier.

      1. Click website link: covidvaccine.oregon.gov
      2. Scroll down to the section titled “Vaccine Eligibility and FAQ tool”
      3. Click “Let’s get started,” which should trigger a dialogue box to appear in the right bottom corner of your screen
      4. Answer the questions in the dialogue box
      5. If eligible, you will be given a link to their appointment tool
